For non custom made products we mostly send within the next
3 days. Custom Products need time to be made, from 2 days up to 3 weeks.

Do I pay before or after your work is done?
I buy the item after I have the money - so you pay me
before.
Can you first do a sketch for me?
Because a lot of people would take the sketch and run away, I start my work after I be paid. I hope you understand, by the mass of inquiries we got.

The sketch itself will be a fast, ugly drawing of what's in
my mind.
You also can send me pictures or sketches of the stuff you would like to have in the design. But keep in mind, I'm an artist, no Copy-Paste machine. I want to create new things :)

HOW is the ordering process here ?
- Select a customizable item on bobsmade.com/shop // Choose from shoes, glasses, headphones and many more
- Think about what you would like for the design // If you can describe it, we can paint it.
- Add the item to your cart // Be sure to select the correct size ( size charts)
- Select the cart and write down your wishes in the form "Notes about this order" Try to focus on one theme, if fan art characters, reduce them to 2-4. Let us know the style ( cartoony, realistic) & colors you like. Maybe you have a draft or artwork, just add a link. .
5. Pay and finish your order. You will get a automatic confirmation via email & your order is on the waiting list.
6. I try to send you a mockup within 24 hours. Sorry if it take some longer.
7. If you like it we can start your order when its your turn. That depends on the current waiting list ( its long before holidays, so order soon)
2-4 weeks is the usual time, up to 8 weeks in the peak time.
8. As soon as your artwork is finished, we send you a photo, you can also see it on all social networks like Facebook, deviantArt, tumblr.
9. Usually on friday we send out packages. Check the delivery time here. And yes, we ship WORLDWIDE
